  -Dow SCO Basic Site Specific Orientation (08SCOSSB)
  -Dow SCO Isolation of Energy Sources (08SCOIES)
  -Dow Scaffold User (08SCOSU)
  -Dow SCO Three Points of Contact (08SCOPOC)
  -Dow SCO Hand Held Portable Tool Standard (08SCOHHP)
  *must be completed prior to taking course

• Special Instructions: Testing Opportunities: six times per year. If a trainee fails and would like to retake beyond what is allowed, the contractor company must contact David Morantine or James Brady, who will then notify the corresponding council whether or not a retake is granted.
