• Site Requirement(s):
  – IVXP Site Orientation (20IVXPFULL)
  – Safety Essentials/Safety Essentials Enhancer (SE-SAFE/SE-SAFER)*
  – Social Security Verification (SSV)
  – Drug Screen (DRG14 or approved reciprocal)
  – Background Screen (20BG9, 20BG5 or approved reciprocal)
  *must be completed prior to taking course
