This orientation does not, nor is it designed as a training class. It is designed to provide contractor employees specific information on Sweeny Refinery policies and procedures. It is also intended for this orientation to help answer questions and provide the information to the contractor employee to work safely at the Sweeny Refinery. All contractor companies are assigned a Phillips 66 Contact. If any questions arise after the orientation, each contractor company should get those questions answered from their Phillips 66 Contact upon beginning work.
