Incident Investigation Training

Instructor Led Course

This course will cover the basic rules for conducting and incident investigation, that includes initial incident reporting, classification, OSHA reporting requirements, various investigation methods, obtaining investigation information, review of DWC 73 form, generation of initial report, actual and potential severity matrix, identification of corrective actions, presentation of your investigation and an incident investigation exercise.
