- Isolation of Energy Sources Standard Training (04DNIOE)
- Line and Equipment Opening Standard (04DNLEO)
- Hot Work Standard Training (04DNHW)
- Person Conducting Atmospheric Monitoring (04DNATM)
- Authorized Procedure User Training (04DNAPU)
All five courses must be passed to obtain badge.
Once started, all courses must be passed within the month.
