This course will cover the requirements, hazards and safe use of operating a grinder. Will also cover the following:
- Proper selection of grinder
- The various discs/wheels used on grinders
- Proper guard placement
- Required PPE for using a grinder
- Inspection
- How to read the manufacturers information on a grinding disc
- Proper mounting of the grinder wheel
