OSHA-30 HOUR (Construction Industry)

Course Information

 Stand and deliver course for the Construction Industry OSHA 30 Hour. With successful completion of the course students will receive the student 30 Hour course completion card.

This course will follow the OSHA Outreach training program requirements for the 30-Hour Construction Industry course. This course will cover the following:

• Introduction to OSHA
• OSHA Focus Four (Falls, Electrocution, Struck-by, and Caught-in)
• PPE
• Health Hazards
• Excavation and Hand and Power tool safety
• Managing Safety
• Concrete and Masonry
• Stairways and ladders
• Material Handling
• Scaffolds
• Confined Space
• Cranes
• Welding
• Steel erection
• Motor vehicles
• Safety Programs

Each section will review the hazards and mitigation means for each as well as review of OSHA standard requirements for each.

Students, upon successful completion of the course, will be issued a OSHA/TEEX Student completion card. 

Course will require a minimum of 5 students per class and a maximum of 15 students per class.
